Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel - Hurghada

The hotel was magnificent and incredibly beautiful, and the staff were welcoming, loved the exceptional location close to the airport and beach, five restaurants offering international quisine and the Marina Mall, Pier 7, and "DMCC " Metro Station: )

Outstanding food served, delicious and excellent breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable beds, airy rooms and clean bath.

Stylish small hotel with welcoming and dedicated staff members with services. Great meal at a la carte restaurant.

Thank you for a really great stay during this vacation. Having a safe box, television and a mini fridge bar in our perfect and airy room. It offers marvellous location just off French restaurant, beach. Al Mamsha El Seyahi district is worth seeing.

Very large rooms, in the upper floors with beautiful view, lower floors are possibly quite dark. Extensive buffet with a large selection.

In winter there is only a small pool to use (heated), the big pool was very cold. Unfortunately, the sauna is a subject to a charge, a very small sauna (4 places) is available outside. Windsurfing equipment is in poor condition.

Everything was super nice, staff are very friendly and food was very tasty, fire show and Belles dance show was great

Price this year was more expensive than usually.

The staff was very courteous and the service was exceptionally good!

The complex is so large that the many guests can't disturb each other and you can also find a sun lounger in the afternoon.

The staff was sometimes very unmotivated.

Especially the food in the Tamarind Restaurant was very good. The service in all areas was excellent and the friendliness and attention of your staff very remarkable. But also the breakfast and lunch was very tasty and varied. The garden and the pool are very nice. The beach is very shallow and therefore very suitable for children. We slept very well because the beds are very comfortable.

Maybe the loud music at the pool was a little annoying.

Large and equipped rooms. Very large selection of food and drinks. Beautiful private beach . Good fitness.

Price/performance is not good here. About 240 € per night is more than in Kempinski. The price has to be lower.

The spacious family suite was perfect for us, and the kids loved the private beach where they played and splashed safely. Our newborn was comfortable throughout our stay.

For dads, it would be great if there were more accessible amenities for families with young children.

A simple breakdown of my visit

From check-in to check-out, the staff were great. The expansive gardens and fine pools. Dining was diverse and delicious, especially at the specialty restaurants. A nice vacation indeed!
